But so far, the pumps, valves, hydraulic parts and other supporting parts required by small construction machinery basically rely on imports. Foreign accessory enterprises should first meet the needs of their domestic enterprises, second meet the needs of foreign-funded enterprises in China, and third consider the needs of domestic enterprises. This situation will have a more and more obvious restrictive effect on China's construction machinery production enterprises. This year, some of China's construction machinery enterprises have paid money to foreign accessory enterprises for up to one and a half years and are still unable to take delivery of goods; Everything is installed, just wait for a valve, but the Japanese enterprises are unable to supply it; At the beginning of the year, we ordered goods from Japanese enterprises, but by the end of the year, there was still no delivery, resulting in zero output of excavators. Internationally, most loaders of less than 3.0 tons in advanced countries have achieved hydrostatic transmission, while the performance of temperature monitoring equipment for loaders with an annual output of more than 100000 units in China is stable, almost all of which are hydraulic transmission. At present, Shandong Longtai is the only one that can produce hydrostatic transmission accessories in China. This private enterprise can produce hydrostatic transmission loaders with a capacity of less than 3.0 tons, but it is only beginning to produce, which is still immature, and the production is still complete

Small batch production of ten or eight pieces is reliable, but a large quantity is unreliable. The reliability of products is related to management, process equipment and process route. In general, at present, the main factors affecting the reliability of accessories in China are the quality of raw materials, especially steel. Domestic construction machinery enterprises are generally not large-scale, and they ask for special purchases from steel mills, which others ignore. There is also a gap in technology and equipment with foreign countries. Foreign countries have flexible production lines, and each procedure is strictly controlled. There are also problems in heat treatment. In this way, the reliability of the produced accessories is not good, which leads to the inability to improve the quality of the host. For example, the construction machinery products produced by foreign enterprises generally fail for the first time in 1000 hours, while our products only have 400 or 500 hours. If the reliability problem is not solved, even if it is sold cheaply, users will not buy it
