4) the flexible machine has simple structure. The corrugated box has a large area and a length of 2-3m. Offset printing and other printing operations and maintenance are relatively complex or difficult to complete. However, the flexible printing machine has a simple structure. The mechanical performance and stability can be improved after the diameter of the roll is increased, and the loading, adjustment and cleaning are convenient

5) the products with one flow and other processing equipment form a linkage production line. Due to its simple structure, flexographic printing machine can be produced in linkage with other processes

selection of flexible plate

the thickness of flexible plate for corrugated box printing is 3-7mm, and the shore hardness is 25-30. When the quality of corrugated board is poor, a thicker and softer flexible plate should be selected; Corrugated board is of good quality, and when printing small character line version, the flexible version with higher hardness and thinner thickness should be selected
